Terms of Service
These Terms govern the car rental services of vitaliowelldness.com (PE, EDRPOU 19819110, Business Center 'Horizon', 15 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine).
1. Legal Framework
We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015, the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3154-IX of 10 June 2023, and the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3993-IX of 2 October 2024.
2. Booking and Contract
A booking is an offer. The rental agreement is concluded when we confirm availability and you pay. Minimum age is 21 with a valid licence held for at least 2 years.
3. Payment and Fees
Prices are in UAH. Single tax payer; VAT optional. Pay by card or bank transfer. A refundable deposit may be blocked. Late return, cleaning and traffic fines are charged at cost.
4. Driver Eligibility
You need a valid driving licence, be 21+, and show your passport or ID. Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same criteria.
5. Insurance and Liability
Vehicles have compulsory third-party liability insurance. Optional CDW reduces your excess. You are liable for violations, fuel and damage not covered by insurance.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of one rental day. Refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3154-IX of 10 June 2023, you may seek redress through the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts of Ukraine.
