Fixed slot pairs, fixed kilometre allowance, nothing discovered at return

Every weekend package is sold as a slot pair. Collect the car on Friday evening or Saturday morning and bring it back on Monday by 10:00. The figures below apply to rentals collected in Kyiv.

Slot pairs
Fri 18:00 to Mon 10:00 or Sat 09:00 to Mon 10:00. A return after 10:00 on Monday is billed hourly from the pricing board.
Kilometre allowance
600 km included on Economy and Compact, 900 km on Crossover and Minivan. The allowance covers the whole slot pair, not each day.
Extra kilometre
UAH 12 / km above the allowance, read from the odometer at return and printed on the closing note.
Deposit
UAH 10,000 authorised on the driver's card at collection and released after inspection. Age and licence rules sit under eligibility.
Insurance
Third-party liability is included in every package. A deductible applies to own-damage claims, as stated in the rental agreement signed at collection.
Fuel policy
Full to full. Collect with a full tank and return it full. Refuelling done by us is charged at the pump price plus a service fee.
Changes
Move your slot pair to another weekend free of charge up to 48 hours before collection. Later changes follow the cancellation terms.

Who can collect the keys

Every weekend package is handed over in person. Our agent checks the four items below at the counter, once, before you drive away. No extra paperwork is needed after that.

Minimum age
21 years for City and Compact classes. 23 years for Crossover and Minivan. Drivers aged 21 to 24 are accepted on all weekend packages at no additional charge.
Driving experience
A full driving licence held for at least 2 years, category B, issued in Ukraine or in any EU or EEA country. Photocopies and digital-only copies are not accepted at pickup.
Identity document
Passport or Ukrainian ID card, together with the plastic driving licence. The name on the licence must match the name on the identity document and on the booking.
Deposit card
A bank card in the driver's own name, used to authorise the UAH 10,000 deposit. The hold is released after inspection on return, normally within 3 working days.

Additional named drivers are listed free of charge when they meet the same age and licence conditions. Send us their documents before Friday so the second line is ready on the contract.

Weekend package prices, deposits and kilometre allowances

Every package runs on the same slot pair: collection Friday 18:00, return Monday 10:00. All amounts are in UAH.

Deposit
UAH 3,200 per weekend for the Sedan class. Deposit UAH 10,000, authorised on card and released after inspection. Cash deposits are not accepted.
Kilometres
Allowances are per weekend, not per day. Each kilometre beyond the allowance is charged at UAH 12 and settled on return.
Fuel policy
Collect with a full tank, return it full. Missing fuel is billed at the pump price shown on the receipt.
Optional equipment
Child seat, ski rack or GPS at UAH 150 per day per item. Additional charge applies.

Cancellation and extension

Cancel or extend a weekend package inside the windows below. Every booking runs as a slot pair, for example Fri 18:00 → Mon 10:00, and any change is measured against those two times.

Cancellation windows

  • 48 h +Full refund of the rental fee and release of the deposit hold.
  • 24–48 hHalf of the rental fee retained; deposit released in full.
  • < 24 hRental fee is non-refundable; deposit released after inspection.
  • No-showSlot is released 60 minutes after the collection time.

Extension and fuel

  • ExtensionConfirm by 12:00 on Sunday. Subject to the vehicle being free for the next slot.
  • Extra dayUAH 3,200 per weekend. Deposit UAH 10,000, authorised on card and released after inspection.
  • FuelCollect full, return full. Missing fuel is billed at the pump price on the day of return.
  • MileageAllowance is 600 km per weekend; above that, UAH 12 per extra kilometre.
